Cleansing is the first and most important step in your skincare routine. It gets rid of all the dirt and grime of the day and preps your skin for the next steps. Dermatologist recommend to cleanse maximum twice a day to avoid drying your skin out. Another thing to avoid is using regular soap instead of cleansers that are specifically formulated for the face. Seriously, just don't. Using a cleanser that is specifically formulated for your skin type is a game changer but finding the perfect cleanser in a sea of them is very difficult.
